It's incredibly hard to bridge the Web2 <> Web3 gap
Pudgy Penguin has pioneered this by building their IG to 2 million followers & getting eyeballs IRL on their mascot
Recently 9GAG has gone along a similar route - tapping into their existing audience of 54M followers with their Potatoz mascot
There's few Web2 companies with a social following like theirs and I'm a huge fan of their recent emphasis on going back to the basics and IP
Very curious to see how it continues to develop in the coming months 🫡
I've been a long-time fan of the entire Memeland team (@0xChar, @punk9059 and @9gagceo)
I recently was given the opportunity partner with them and share my thoughts on various things they're rolling out
