Stablecoin composition on SparkLend has seen big changes over the past couple months. USDT and PYUSD have quickly become the dominant stablecoins on the platform, replacing USDS and DAI as both the 1st and 2nd most deposited and borrowed stablecoins on the platform. DAI, and more recently USDS, have historically been the dominant stablecoins on SparkLend. DAI deposits and borrows peaked in December 2024 with about $1.8M in deposits and $1.75M in borrows. USDS saw its peak more recently in Aug 2025 with $970M in deposits and $779M in borrows. USDT currently sits at over $900M deposited and $630M borrowed. This is almost as high as USDS levels at its peak, but still has a ways to go before reaching peak DAI levels. Given that the decline of USDS and DAI on SparkLend coincides with the rise of USDT and PYUSD, it seems reasonable to assume that the decline of SKY assets partially attributable to users substituting for the more recently listed USDT and PYUSD.
