🚀 NEO 4 Development Update
The Contract Fee Whitelist is now fully developed and entering testing.
🔹 Whitelisted contracts will adopt a fixed-rate GAS model, ensuring stable and predictable execution costs.
🔹 For critical on-chain infrastructure — such as stablecoins, payment gateways, and identity layers — NEO 4 will introduce a true zero-fee mode, where execution is entirely free at the protocol level.
This upgrade enhances usability, supports large-scale adoption, and lays the foundation for Account Abstraction and frictionless Web3 experiences.
